R-Time Online Information for Families in Bedfordshire

Ok so we don’t have a degree in parenting but most of us have the t-shirt (and washed it a million times!!)  This section should actually be called ask and answer….either email us with a question or email us with an answer!    asktheexpert@r-timeonline.com

I would like to ask any other Mum-to-be or seasoned Mum if they had panic attacks during pregnancy?  Since becoming pregnant I have unexplained anxiety sessions, even waking me at night.  Help am I normal….and what helps!
