Valerie Gommon has been a Registered Midwife since 1999 and worked in the Health Service for 9 years before going into Independent (or private) Practice. Valerie is a member of RCM, AIMS, ARM, IMA and is registered with the NMC, additionally she holds a B. A. (Hons) in Women’s Health.Valerie regularly attends training sessions to ensure that she is up-to-date with current research and emergency skills.
A mother of four herself her means her own experience coupled with her wealth of qualifications equals a lady who knows a bit or two about pregnancy, birth and motherhood!

I would like to ask any other Mum-to-be or seasoned Mum if they had panic attacks during pregnancy? Since becoming pregnant I have unexplained anxiety sessions, even waking me at night. Help am I normal….and what helps!
