PANIC ATTACKS…..

I would like to ask any other Mum-to-be or seasoned Mum if they had panic attacks during pregnancy?  Since becoming pregnant I have unexplained anxiety sessions, even waking me at night.  Help am I normal….and what helps!

Battle Of the Brave (Community)

Our Sponsored Events include a Bungee Jump, 40 mile cycle challenge and a 10 mile novice rider challenge. Other challenges include, a Human table foosball tournament between 10 and 1pm then open to all along with a under 16’s BMX competition using the local skate park.

Throughout the day there will be live music, licenced bar, traditional tea room, a Hog roast, Inflatables and stalls. A Mountain bike stunt show performed by Rich Johnson and Crew within the main arena.

Not to Mention the Anthony Nolan Bone marrow recruitment Clinic held within the Village Hall between 10am and 2pm where any one aged 18 - 40 yrs old can join and potentially save someones life.
